Service Description
This initial session includes: Comprehensive Assessment: We will conduct a thorough evaluation of your clinical, emotional, and behavioral history to understand your specific needs and goals. Diagnostic Interview: Through a detailed conversation, we will explore the concerns that have led you to seek help, identifying the main challenges and areas of focus. Development of a Personalized Plan: Based on the assessment and interview, we will design a personalized treatment plan tailored to your individual goals and circumstances. Orientation to the Therapeutic Process: We will explain how the therapeutic process works, the techniques we will use, and what you can expect from future sessions. Goal Setting: Together, we will define clear and achievable goals for your treatment, ensuring that each step is aligned with your needs and desires. Information Session and Q&A: You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the process, the methods used, and the follow-up care, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident with the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Mental Harmony: Body & Soul, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. To provide efficient service and allow other patients to use available slots, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled consultation fee. No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled consultation fee. Rescheduling Rescheduling must also be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the same 50% charge of the scheduled consultation fee will apply. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any particular situation that may require special consideration.
